Document Description
Project involves subdivision of 10.1-acre undeveloped site into 15 single family lots for future home construction. Lot sizes range from 10,000 to over 16,000 sf. Project includes three 'conservation parcels' totaling 4.4 acres and an on-site storm water detention basin. Access to Project site to be via an access road on the adjacent power line corridor property owned by PG&E (easement), connecting the residential lots with Fairview Avenue.
