Document Description
The proposed project consists of grading and erosion control activities on a 6.26-acre site located just south of the terminus of Beechcraft Road at Cessna Drive in the Vacaville-Golden Hills Business Park Policy Plan. Included as part of the Business Park, the site was mass graded in the early 1990s. With this initial grading, the area had positive drainage to Horse Creek. Over the years, the man-made ditches and rough graded areas have been affected by erosion. In addition, two (2) gullies have formed on the site. The project will eliminate these erosion features and bring the surface grading and drainage back to its original intended design, including restoring positive drainage throughout the site. The project is anticipated to take approximately two to three weeks. No physical development is proposed with this project.
