Document Description
Note: Shorten Review The proposed action allows the CA Tahoe Conservancy to purchase an 18-month option for property acquisition of 3339 Lake Tahoe Boulevard in South Lake Tahoe, the Alta Mira Building. If the option is exercised in the future, the option agreement requires the demolition of the existing 5,400 s.f. structure by the current property owner prior to the close of escrow. Consequently, the exercise of the option and building demolition are treated in the IS as reasonably foreseeable future activities.
