Document Description
The Sequoia Union High School District plans to construct and install permanent field lights, a permanent field PA system, a 456-seat bleacher seating system, associated utility improvements and, potentially, an approximately 40-75 vehicle parking lot at the Carlmont High School (CHS) campus at 1400 Alameda de las Pulgas, Belmont, in San Mateo County. All facilities would be located entirely on CHS campus grounds, in and adjacent to CHS's football field. The four light poles would have a total of 46, 1.5 kilowatt lamps and produce 50 foot-candles of light on the field. The amount of land that could be temporarily disturbed and permanently occupied by the project would be approximately 1.7 and 0.92 acres, respectively.
