The Terrazzo project involves four requested entitlements:
- Tentative Parcel Map: Subdivide an existing 7.5 acre parcel into a one lot (1.23 acre) condominium with up to 66 attached residential condominium units, a common parcel (3.33 acres) and a designated remainder (2.94 acres).
- CUP: Establish development standards and allow construction of 66 single family attached resort residences and associated improvements on a 4.56 acre site.
- Hillside Development Permit: To allow development on a site with slopes that exceed 10 percent.
- Design Review: To allow construction of a 66-unit single family attached residential condominium project and associated site improvements.
