Note: Extend Per Lead The proposed project consists of the adoption and implementation of the Morgan Ranch Master Plan, which would modify the General Plan designations and zoning for approximately 170 acres and designate the land uses for Community Commercial, Office, High Density Residential, Medium Density Residential, Park, and Public/Semi-Public.
