Document Description
Adoption & implementation of the Morgan Ranch Master Plan. The Plan would modify the General Plan designations and zoning for approx. 170 acres, and provides development standards & design guidelines to ensure consistency in the quality and character of the Plan Area neighborhoods as the Plan is implemented. The Master Plan will be sued as a tool in the review and approval process of precise development proposals. The Plan area development includes future 680 to 1,456 dwelling units in Medium Density Residential zoning; future 225 to 600 dwelling units in High Density Residential zoning; existing gas station and car wash; vacant future commercial; future offices; future elementary school, existing Caltrans drainage basin; and 2 future neighborhood parks.
