Document Description
The construction of a one million gallon, 42 foot tall, 86 foot wide water tank, a pump station to pump water into the water tank and drainage basin. The project will occupy approximately .68 acres of an 88 acre parcel located on the south side of Fulkerth Road (Stanislaus County Assessor's Parcel Number 089-001-016). The Immediate area around the site will be improved and landscaped with security fencing around the site. Consistent with the City of Turlock's Water Master Plan and the Westside Industrial Specific Plan, municipal water tanks are needed in the area to service the existing and planned urbanization of the Westside Industrial Specific Plan area of Turlock.
