Document Description
The proposed project for the purposes of CEQA review consists of the adoption of the Albany Active Transportation Plan (ATP). The ATP is a combined Bicycle Master Plan update and Pedestrian Master Plan to fulfill the City's goals for a multi-modal active transportation network that facilities walking and cycling for both transportation and recreation. The City of Albany is the lead agency for the overall planning effort, including the implementation of programmatic improvements and individual projects. The ATP will be used to document policy and guide implementation of local projects and programs.
