A one year time extension for an approved expansion of an existing 3,330 s.f. neighborhood religious assembly facility to allow for 120 members. This project will be built in three phases over six years. Phase one to include construction of a 2,340 s.f. addition to the existing assembly hall and 4,668 s.f. attached patio cover. Phase two, with permits to be issued within 36 months, is the demolition of an existing single family dwelling, the construction of a 1,400 s.f. storage building. Phase three, with permits to be issued within 72 months, is the construction of a 5,500 s.f. temple. This project site is not under a Williamson Act contract.
