Document Description
The 0.95 acre project site is currently developed with a four-pump (i.e., eight fueling stations) Shell gas station, a convenience store, and four auto service bays. The existing structure containing the convenience store and auto service bays totals 2,196 s.f. The site has been an operating gas service station since the 1960's, but the repair bays have been out of operation for approximately five years. The project proposes to demolish the existing convenience store and auto bays and construct a new 2,655 s.f. convenience store and a 2,088 s.f. drive-through car wash. The project also proposes to replace the four existing gas pumps and install two additional pumps (for a total of 12 fueling stations), and replace the canopy structure over the fueling area.
