U11-008; RP11-001; EIS11-001: The proposed project authorizes a 118- acre expansion to the existing Boca Quarry Aggregate mine, with a 30-year permit time limit, a maximum annual extraction limit of I-million tons of material and an overall maximum extraction limit of 17-million tons over the projects 30-year life span. The project includes offsite improvements to approximately 1.3-miles of Stampede Meadows Road to improve vehicular and bicycle safety. In addition to approving the aggregate mine expansion, the project includes the approval of a modified Reclamation Plan for the entire mine site (158-acres total). Finally the project approval includes a Development Agreement between the applicant, project property owner and the County (Lead Agency).
