Request for an approval to rezone approximately 24.1 acres within an existing Planned Development (PD) zone district to a Rural Residential zone district with a 10-Acre Minimum (R-R-BA-10), and rezone approximately 52 acres within an existing Planned Development (PD) zone district to a Rural Residential zone district with a 20-Acre Minimum (R-R-BA-20). The purpose of the rezone is to facilitate a lot line adjustment/merger of 4 existing parcels into three parcels which could be developed for residential uses. The two grading permits will be for the construction of a new access road to the parcels and preparation of a homesite on one of the parcels.
