Document Description
The request is for a land division that would create a 2.5-acre residential parcel and a 4.9-acre remainder parcel. The project would require improvement of a driveway encroachment to serve the residential parcel. The project would also require the installation of waterlines and fire hydrants as necessary to comply with Shasta County fire safety standards and policies regarding the provision of water service. If the remainder parcel is developed at a future point in time, a paved flag-lot driveway, emergency fire escape road, waterlines, and fire hydrants as necessary to comply with Shasta County fire safety standards and policies regarding the provision of water service would have to be constructed prior to development of the parcel.
