Document Description
Butte County seeks to finance and construct a Clerk-Recorder Complex, aka Butte County Hall of Records facility, consisting of approximately 44,500 s.f., to provide a central climate-controlled repository for County records as well as centralized County Clerk-Recorder and Elections Division offices for the County. A General Plan amendment to PUB, consolidation of four parcels into one parcel, and removal of an outdated map note, requiring access for an apartment complex no longer proposed, are also a part of the project description.
