Note: Shortened Review The Proposed Project is a solar PV power generation system for Patton State Hospital (hospital). The Proposed Project would be located on approximately 12 acres in the upper northeast quadrant of the hospital property, located mostly within the South 1/2 of Section 29, T1N, R3W, SBB&M. The solar array would convert incident sunlight to direct current (DC) electrical power which would then be converted to alternating current (AC) by three centrally-located inverters before being delivered to the hospital-owned distribution system.
