There will be 3,400 s.f. of commercial retail and 46 senior affordable apartments in a two story structure with an elevator. Also included are 46 on-site parking spaces and a community room. The proposed project is located at the northeast corner of Marion and Ellis Streets, addressed as 1600 Marion Street in the City of Kingsburg.
