The project applicant has applied for CUP11-005 from Merced County to construct a one-story, 10,620 s.f. church facility. The proposed church facility would be located on a new parcel that would consist of 5.25 acres. The proposed project would relocate existing services and replace an existing small building the church has outgrown, but currently uses, located to the east along Kibby Road. The proposed church plans include restrooms, a multi-purpose area, sanctuary (i.e., main assembly area), and small kitchen facility.
