CDFG is executing a Streambed Alteration Agreement (SAA # 1600-2012-0002-R6 pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant: City of Norco, represented by Steve King, 2870 Clark Avenue Norco, CA 92860. The Project is limited to the widening of Hammer Avenue in accordance with the adopted Circulation Element of the General Plan, from 1,500-feet south of, to 2,150-feet north of Citrus Avenue within the 110-foot right-of-way. The project will include: reconstruction of driveways; landscaping; curb and gutter reconfiguration; traffic signal way. The project will include: reconstruction of driveways; landscaping; curb and gutter reconfiguration: traffic signal improvements; storm drain improvements; the construction of concrete retaining walls; relocation of a 20-inch domestic water line; construction of a causeway; and the installation of a 30-inch water line and related appurtenances. The project also includes the construction of two detention basins immediately west of one the existing unnamed drainage.
