Document Description
Change the general plan designation of the former police station from PI to RC, the zoning designation from RS-6, M, and C-N to C-R, and amend the governing SP No. 19 to remove the subject properties from its governance. The adjacent Caltrans property will receive the same land use designation and zoning. This project would enable an efficient reuse of the property for commercial purposes.
