A request for a sphere of influence amendment to add 36.62 acres to the Reedley Sphere of Influence boundary, annexation of the 36.62 acres of land, a change in General Plan land use designation from county Agricultural to city Limited Industrial, a change in zoning designation for pre-zoning from county AE-20 (Exclusive Agricultural) to city ML (Light Industrial), and a site plan review for development of the joint-use Central Valley Transportation Center (CVTC) from which KCSUD would maintain and operate their fleet of busses and vehicles and the City of Reedley would relocate its Public Works Department and associated vehicle maintenance yard.
