The Riverside County Flood Control and Water Conservation District proposes to construct, operate, and maintain an underground storm drain (Project). The Project is comprised of a 10' x 8' reinforced concrete box, reinforced concrete pipes, re-construction of approximately 200 feet of the existing concrete line Meridian Street Channel and minor appurtenances (i.e., connector pipes and catch basin). The facility was identified in the Little Lake Master Drainage Plan (MDP) revised in 1991, and will provide flood protection for the local area.
