Document Description
Pursuant to the Los Angeles Municipal Code Section 12.24-W 25, a CUP to allow the operation, use, and maintenance of a 5,292-s.f. dog kennel on a 7,000 s.f. lot located in the M2-1 Zone within 500 feet of a residential zone. The proposed project involves tenant improvements to the existing vacant building that will include six indoor play areas totaling 2,300 s.f., two sleep/eat areas totaling 494 s.f., a 359 s.f. grooming area, and an outdoor play area. No parking spaces will be provided on-site. Two parking spaces will be provided off-site at 1837 Pontrius Avenue, per Covenant and Agreement (Parking Affidavit No. 4435) and two parking spaces will be provided at the adjacent parking lot located at 1811 Pontius Avenue per a new Covenant and Agreement.
