Document Description
The proposed project includes the following elements: 1) A Rezone of 7760 Hollister Avenue from M-RP (Industrial Research Park) to C-3 (General Commercial). 2) An Ordinance Amendment for a Development Agreement between the City of Goleta and Mariposa, LLC to implement the project's fair share funding of Fire Station 10. 3) A Development Plan for a 70,510 s.f. assisted-living community accommodating a maximum of 99 elderly residents. The structure would be two stories with a maximum height of 34'2" and include a covered porch at the entrance, a large central courtyard and a barbeque terrace. 4) A Minor CUP to allow a special care home in the C-3 zone district.
