Document Description
The San Diego RWQCB is issuing a Clean Water Act Section 401 water quality certification (Cert. No. R9-2015-0188 to the project applicant, City of San Diego. The applicant proposes to replace the existing four lane West Mission Bay Bridge and replace it with two new parallel bridge structures each containing three lanes. A temporary trestle structure will be built as part of the construction period. A total of 2.69 acres of wetland waters of the U.S. and or State will be permanently shaded.
