Document Description
The project includes development of a residence of 2,691 s.f., an attached garage of 600 s.f., a shop of approximately 2,100 s.f., and 450 s.f. of driveway improvements. The project includes two 5,000-gallon water tanks located within a 12 by 24 ft. area (288 s.f.), and a 2-inch and 4-inch connecting pipeline of approximately 230 ft. in length. Total s.f. of development listed above and within the building area is 6,129 s.f. The proposed project would require approximately 1,980 cubic yards of cut and fill in a graded area that is approximately 15,000 s.f. (0.3-0.4 acres) in size. This graded area (within the limits of disturbance as shown on the plans) is within a 0.8-acre fenced area that constitutes the building area.
