The City of San Juan Capistrano is proposing the construction of the Sun Ranch Drainage Improvements, which consist of installing approximately 1,500 linear feet of buried 48-inch diameter reinforced concrete pipe (RCP) storm drain pipeline along a natural drainage course along the southwesterly side of Tract 6742 in San Juan Capistrano. The proposed pipeline will accommodate peak storm water flows. Site work will also include modifying the surface grade elevations along a dedicated easement, which varies is width from 30 feet to 40 feet, in order to control low flow surface drainage.
