Document Description
The project proposes to develop a 6-acre environmental enhancement area that will function as a neighborhood park for passive recreational use. The project proposes the planting of approximately 16 native Valley Oak trees per acre around the outer edges of the park, plus water-efficient shrubs and ground cover. A multi-use turf area will be in the center. No buildings are proposed.
