Document Description
Redevelopment of the historically-designated HCM No. 713 Linda Vista Hospital consisting of a ground floor medical clinic and 73 senior affordable units on floors 2-6 (Lot/Phase 1) and additional 23 senior affordable units in a separate building (Lot/Phase 2). Also, the construction and maintenance of two separate parking lots, across the street from the project site, to serve the medical clinic. No expansion of the building envelopes nor exterior construction are involved.
The Applicant is requesting a Vesting Tentative Tract Map to permit the subdivision of 2 lots with three commercial condominiums for a medical use and 97 senior affordable units. Also, a Conditional Use to permit two public parking lots consisting of 76 non-required parking spaces located in the RD1.5 Zone serving the medical use across the street.
