Document Description
Repair water damaged portions of the wood doorway sill plate and door jamb in the Superintendent's Office at Folsom Powerhouse State Historic Park to preserve this building. Work will remove portions of the damaged flooring and sill plate, remove and replace wood pieces in kind, treat the door jamb with epoxy sealant and sealing and repaint all replacement pieces to match the existing material.
