Document Description
Repair various elements to the historic Kane House in Marshall Gold Discovery State Historic Park to repair water damage to the building. Work will remove dry rot wood on siding, windows, window frames, sills, sashes and trim, all damaged wood and other materials will be replaced in kind to match existing materials; remove siding and inspect structural framing for damage due to dry rot, replace any damaged material with in kind materials and replace missing shutters to match existing shutters.
