Document Description
Rehabilitate the interior of the East Garrison Residences 9 and 10 in Angel Island State Park to use for emploee housing. Work will repair waterlines, stop valves, waste lines and rebuild toilet flush valves; install wood burning stoves and stainless steel chimney liners; recoat all wood floors, cover existing vinyl flooring with laminate flooring; replace missing light fixtures, switches and receptacles, broken glass in all windows; patch all holes in walls and ceilings, repaint entire interior; replace water heater, missing doorknobs and locksets; and replace broken terracotta roof tiles.
