The Riverside County Transportation Department Long Term Operations and Maintenance Project consists of the long-term operation and maintenance of RCTD's transportation facilities and related drainage improvements that are located within unincorporated Riverside County. CDFG previously authorized the project under Memorandum of Understanding dated November 18, 1997.
