Document Description
Caltrans proposes to rehabilitate the CMPA at Soda Creek (PM 18.55 BR No 21-0062) and the Iwin CMPA at Wragg Creek (PM 27.90 BR No. 21-0081). These three CMPA inverts have failed and will be repaired/rehabilitate through the Installation of 6" (min) wire reinforced concrete Invert paving. Any Soda Creek stream flow will be relocated to one side of the CMPA while the other half of the Invert is paved. Any Wragg Creek stream flow will relocate to the adjacent CMPA while the 'dry' CMPA is inven paved. Neither of these creeks (Soda or Wragg) support salmonide. All work will be within the State's Right of Way. Soda Creek staging area will be north east shoulder of Napa 128. Wragg Creek staging area will be westerly of Napa 128 and northerly of Wragg Canyon Road. Both of these bridges are classified as Category 6 on the Statewide Historic Bridge Inventory. This is a State only funded project.
