Document Description
The applicant proposes a Specific Plan Amendment to the Laguna Ridge Specific Plan and to Rezone the properties located at 8400 Auto Passage Drive and 8401 Lotz Parkway. The proposed change in the Specific Plan land use designation and zoning at 8400 Auto Passage Drive is from Shopping Center (SC) to Auto Commercial (AC). The property located at 8401 Lotz Parkway is proposed to change from SC to a split zoning of AC and SC. Approximately 1.14 acres will remain in the SC zone on the southern parcel. The project does not propose a boundary line adjustment.
