Document Description
Replace the failing wood shake roof from the non-historic North Beach restroom at Marshall Gold Discovery State Historic Park to protect the structure. Work will remove existing wood shingles, inspect sub-roof for damage, make repairs and install new shingles. The new cedar shingles will be treated with a fire retardant. All material used for repairs will be in kind and the replacement shingles will be identical in appearance to existing roof.
