The Project consists of restoring and reestablishing the original contours of the banks of the river to pre-grading conditions by properly building up and sloping the bank during the river's lowest flow level so that water diversion shall not be necessary. The riparian corridor will be revegetated with native trees, shrubs, sedges and rushes native to the Stanislaus River watershed so as to mimic the vegetation upstream and downstream of the site.
Restoring habitat for fish, plants, and wildlife and does not exceed five (5) acres in size.
