Document Description
On January 17, 2012 the Manager of Community Development approved a changed plan application amending the Crystal Cove Promenade approved sign program to introduce two new types, Sign Type #2A, Project Identification Monument and Sign Type 2B, Restaurant Tenant Identification Mounument. Two (2) Project Identification Monuments will be constructed measuring 13 feet in width and 8.25 feet in height. One (1) Restaurant Tenant Identification Monument is to be constructed measuring 13 feet in width and 10.25 feet in height at its midpoint. The signs will be constructed with similar materials and colors as existing signage on the site.
