Document Description
The proposed proiect involves the placement of 20 intermediate isolation valves throughout the Sonoma County Water Agency's (Water Agency) 90 miles of transmission system pipeline. The installation of each isolation valve would require excavation of a pit with approximate dimensions of 10 feet long and 10 feet wide and 8 feet deep. Placement of isolation valves are located at fault crossings, stream crossings, areas of high ground water and areas where liquefaction during strong earth shaking is likely.
