Document Description
In compliance with the Federal Regulations and fire life safety requirements, the Department of Developmental Services is proposing to install automatic fire sprinkler systems at the Sonoma Developmental Center. The sprinkler systems will be installed in buildings housing nursing facilities and general acute care patients. Sonoma buildings include General Acute Care Building, Nelson, Johnson/Ordahl, Regamay/Emparan and Cromwell buildings. The project also includes associated work such as, asbestos removal (as necessary), electrical and plumbing renovations and minor construction to accommodate the automatic fire sprinkler systems.
