Document Description
The Project consists of replacing an existing washed out culvert with a 40-foot long, 42-inch diameter corrugated metal pipe. Approximately 40-cubic yards of native soil and rock will be used as fill material so as to properly bed the culvert. The fill on the inlet side of the culvert will be armored with rock rip-rap. A minimum of 2 feet of fill will be placed on top of the culvert. The finished road grade over the culvert will be 10 or more feet wide and slightly dipped at the crossing. Water will not be present during the proposed work period; therefore, work will not occur in the wetted portion of the channel.
