Document Description
The project is the cleaning and painting the existing interior walls and ceilings of the B Street Pier Cruise Ship Terminal. The interior perimeter walls and portions of the ceilings are dirty and soiled and require maintenance, cleaning and painting to brighten and improve the current appearance and bring the facility up to the industry customer service standards. Specifically, this project includes interior cleaning, preparation, spot priming and painting of certain ceilings, perimeter walls and exposed portions of various building systems within the terminal. Interior security and passenger processing equipment, and furnishings will either be protected-in-place during on-going work operations, or temporarily moved and relocated to their respective original location in each progressive area of work.
