Document Description
On January 11, 2012, th Zoning Administrator approved the following: a Modification Permit to allow the construction of a freestanding monument sign along East Coast Highway. The sign is an average 3 feet 6 inches in height by 8 feet in width, including the base, with a sign area of 16 square feet. The sign will be constructed of aluminum on a concrete base, consistent with the exieting signs in corporate Plaza West. the proposed monument sign will identify up to two key tenants in the 1600 Newport Center Drive building.
