Document Description
The project is limited to pavement of an existing dirt parking lot, including construction of a vertical curve at the top of the boat ramp, a concrete apron, parking area, driveway and a concrete sign. It is part of a larger project that includes installation of two shade structures and an ADA path of travel from these structures to existing restrooms, all of which are above the bed of Frenchman Lake, as delineated by the ordinary highwater mark. Within the jurisdictional area, the project footprint is about .293 acre, and regrading will involve movement of approximately 75 cubic yards of material. Equipment to be used shall include a loader, concrete mixer, truck, bobcat, backhoe, grader, excavator, and hand tools.
