- Document Description
- The USACE will be conducting potholing to locate a cement pad that exists within the levee. Approximately 10-15 diameter potholes will be excavated to a depth of 12 feet using a vacuum truck. The excavations will be backfilled with a cement-sand slurry in compliance with Sacramento County Environmental Health Department guidelines. The site will be accessed from existing ramps and roads. The potholes will be excavated on the levee crown and waterside and landside of the levee. No in-water work will be required and all work will take place during daylight hours. Work will occur in January and February with all work being completed by February 15.
