Document Description
This project consists of remodeling Residence 43 to finish the back porch and converting it to a laundry room, remodeling the current laundry room to make it an ADA accessible bathroom, and remodeling the current bathroom into a walk in pantry/linen closet at Columbia State Historic Park. Work will install new underlayment and vinyl flooring in the kitchen, bathroom and laundry room; paint the interior; and remove and replace kitchen sink and faucet.
