Document Description
The Metropolitan Water District of Southern California (Metropolitan) proposes to repair approximately 200 leaks in the stainless steel cooling water piping system for the ozone disinfection system. The repair work will be conducted within the Ozone and Contractor Buildings during a scheduled Plant shutdown in February 2012 and consists of welding and placing a four inch steel bank over the weld.
