Document Description
The applicant is requesting a Planning Director level approval for a Design Review to construct a 565 square foot patio addition to a building located at 7701 Laguna Blvd, Suite 480. The patio will be used for outdoor dining, and will contain 21 tables and 42 seats. To accommodate the patio dining area, the applicant is proposing to remove one parking stall and install a new landscape area beyond the patio enclosure. New curbing that separates the landscaping from the parking lot is proposed as well. The proposed improvements are located beyond the northwestern corner of the building.
