To temporarily protect the historic Boathouse from winter storm wave action work will use a John Deer 80 excavator to place three to five foot native grantie boulders along approximately 70 feet of eroded shoreline to the north and south of the building and place large native rock behind the boulders to fill gaps to match existing grade.
