Tank B is a 1 million gallon drinking water storage tank. The existing exterior and interior coatings are failing and need to be repaired to maintain tank integrity. The tank exterior will be cleaned and recoated over the existing coating, and the interior coating will be removed and a new coating applied. Additionally, a new stairway and handrail will be installed, including a roof fall protection system and other operational appurtenances.
